1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, noted on the product page.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
• Domestic Orders (India): Delivery within 1-7 business days. Orders requiring special color matching or address verifications (such as correcting incorrect pin codes or phone numbers) may need additional time. We will reach out to ensure the product matches your request, which may extend dispatch time by a few days.
• International Orders: Shipped within 3 days after order confirmation, with an expected delivery within 10-20 days.
Please Note: During peak periods, such as festivals, delays may occur. Our team is committed to dispatching orders promptly, and we appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your product as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Rates
• Domestic Shipping: Charges are based on location and order weight. Free shipping is available for orders over ₹1500.
• International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout, based on location and weight.
4. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Vora is not responsible for delays or extra costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. International Shipping & Customs
• No return or exchange is available for international orders. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
• Claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery. Please include an unboxing video and email us at globalVorastore@gmail.com.
