At Vora, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally non-refundable.
Exchange Policy for Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs from your original order due to a delivery partner error, we offer an exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange:
• Proof of Delivery: Please provide a clear unboxing video showing the package and the item received. This video serves as verification for any discrepancies.
• Timeframe: The unboxing video must be sent to us at globalVorastore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Additional Terms
• Condition of Items: The item must be unused and in its original packaging for any exchange to be processed.
• Non-Exchangeable Scenarios: Exchanges are only applicable for incorrect items received due to delivery error, not for issues related to customer choice or use.
